On October 29, 1929, following the great stock crash, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt addreesses the nation. FDR does not address the price of greed, but, rather tells the country “Look here’s what happened”. Well, according to Vice-Presidential nominee Joe Biden.

Of course, Herbert Hoover was President at the time. FDR did not take office until a full three years later. And TV did not make its debut until 1939.

We’re Not Making This Stuff Up…

 Yes, Biden believes that Americans pay too little in taxes. We need to send more of our money to Washington, so they can piss it away on on bureaucracies, new government schemes, foreign aid, and bailout for failing industries. Joe, you picked the wrong century, and the wrong country…the taxes are patriotic crowd lived in England, under George III.
