For background … The Space Shuttle will be retired in 2009. The Constellation program is set to replace the Shuttle 2010. Obama wants to shut down that program. In order to access satellites and the space station we have to hitch rides with the Russians. So basically, Obama’s space policy is to destroy the great program set up by the Kennedy administration. Change.
